Estate Administrator Assistant

We are seeking an Estate Administrator Assistant to join our team at BJRC Recruiting. This is a unique opportunity for someone with relevant training and education to support the administration of estates, prepare probate applications, and maintain confidentiality.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting lawyers in drafting estate documents, managing client files, and communicating with clients and other parties as required.
About the Role
As an Estate Administrator Assistant, you will work closely with our legal team to provide administrative support and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate documents
- Manage client files and communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties as required
- Support the administration of estates, including preparation of probate applications and estate accounts
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
- Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team as required
Requirements
- Relevant training and education
- At least 1 year of job experience
- Strong understanding of wills, estates, and probate processes
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
