Real Estate Secretary

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to real estate professionals, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Assist clients with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Draft and edit real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of listing materials and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in coordinating real estate transactions from initiation to closing.
- Liaise with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
- Keep all parties informed about the progress of transactions and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Input and manage property listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property showings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes when required.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a real estate environment.
- Experience in Lone wolf software a must.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and real estate software.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
