Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow the portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth
  • Manage and service customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel frequently within the market to support customers
  • Strong sales expertise, adaptability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in technology required for the role, including mobile applications and software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the auto industry or financial services
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
