We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager at Lawson Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within your assigned territory. The primary focus will be on promoting and selling our Kubota brand line of agricultural and industrial equipment to dealerships, contractors, and end-users.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships and customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our products and services in the marketplace.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Kubota equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote Lawson Sales products.
- Train dealership staff and end-users on the features, operation, and maintenance of Kubota equipment.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and product updates to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Travel within the territory as needed to meet with customers and achieve sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the agricultural or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Knowledge of Kubota brand products and industry trends (preferred).
