**The Territory Sales Manager will be serving the Manitoba market and is to be located in Winnipeg.**

**Position Overview**

The Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales and building customer relationships within a designated geographic area. This role involves developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will also work closely with the sales team to implement company strategies and achieve company goals.

**Responsibilities**

1. **Sales Management**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

2. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and promote products/services.

3. **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions within the territory.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends and customer preferences.

4. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Use CRM software to manage customer information and sales data.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide support and guidance to sales representatives within the territory.

6. **Budget Management**:

- Manage the sales budget for the territory.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize sales.

7. **Compliance and Ethics**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements within the territory.

**Requirements**:
