Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a National transportation company. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for daily communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments
- Perform data entry into the company's internal system
- Extract reports to ensure accurate invoicing
- Assist drivers with scanner issues
- Prepare routine delivery of failure reports and investigate reasons for failure
- Complete deployment of new drivers
- Set up drivers in Route Planner
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administration position
- Bilingual French & English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills – MS products, Truck Mate, and web-based programs
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
What We Offer:
- Long-term contract with possibility of extension
- Hourly wage of $21
- Monday to Friday schedule
