Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a National transportation company. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for daily communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments
  • Perform data entry into the company's internal system
  • Extract reports to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Assist drivers with scanner issues
  • Prepare routine delivery of failure reports and investigate reasons for failure
  • Complete deployment of new drivers
  • Set up drivers in Route Planner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administration position
  • Bilingual French & English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer skills – MS products, Truck Mate, and web-based programs
  • Demonstrated customer relationship skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
