Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kinatex Sports Physio. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by handling various administrative tasks, including customer service, accounting, human resources management, and marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll and employee records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinate the management of material resources
  • Support the integration of new employees
  • Assist in the training of customer service agents
  • Provide reception duties
  • Manage schedules
  • Contribute to marketing development projects
Requirements:
  • DEC or diploma in administration and/or accounting and/or medical secretarial work (asset)
  • Knowledge in accounting (asset)
  • Familiarity with Sage, Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a similar role and/or in customer service
  • Bilingualism (asset)
  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
  • Sense of autonomy, organization, and good priority management
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm during peak periods
