About the Role

The Office Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the success of Dhatt Transfreight Service Inc. by providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

    • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Supervise Office Staff

    • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Compile data, statistics and other information
    • Perform data entry
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries

  • Requirements
    • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
