About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Prime Trans Group Ltd. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  2. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  3. Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  4. Schedule and confirm appointments.
  5. Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  6. Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  7. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  8. Arrange travel and related itineraries.
  9. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  10. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  11. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements:

  1. Computer and technology knowledge, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  2. Area of specialization in correspondence, contracts, or other administrative areas.
