Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at IDEAL PACKAGING & SUPPLIES.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating daily operations, establishing policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Seminar and Conference Coordination
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Staff SupportAssist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
Information ManagementCoordinate the flow of information within the team and establish systems for recording and preparing meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
Office AdministrationDirect and control daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting up filing systems.
Policies and ProceduresEstablish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
Recruitment and StaffingRecruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to meet business needs.
Work EnvironmentEvaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and prevent workplace injuries or illnesses.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
