At Kinetix Wellness, we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and arranging seminars, conferences, and other events
* Managing office procedures and routines
* Scheduling appointments and confirming meetings
* Compiling data, statistics, and other information
* Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies
Requirements:
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
