We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Deep Karan Promotions Inc. in a permanent position.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.

As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

You will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. You will also perform data entry and ensure that all administrative activities are carried out efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will also have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Please note that this is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
