Administrative Assistant Role:

Our client in Calgary is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing confidential documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare confidential documents and presentations
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Organize and maintain records
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Develop communications with clients

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of administrative experience, with 5+ years in Talent Organizational Development or Human Resources. They will also possess post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, and a strong working knowledge of SAP.

Available to start immediately, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
