Perfect Finishings Corp. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office. This role involves a variety of tasks that require strong organizational and communication skills.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office supplies, and performing various tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in record-keeping, data compilation, and typing. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, they will be proficient in using computerized information filing systems and have basic knowledge of office software.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 7 months of experience in an administrative position. A secondary school graduation certificate is required, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have a high level of attention to detail, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position working on-site. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
