PERFECT FINISHING CORP. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their organizational skills. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing our office operations, including greeting clients, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, and providing basic information as required.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public
  • Sending invoices and receiving payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Performing clerical duties, such as filing and sorting mail
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
