We are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Support and Training Liaison to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance via phone and email, troubleshooting issues, and delivering comprehensive training on our platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the front-facing contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
  • Proposing enhancements to improve overall customer satisfaction based on patterns in service interactions.
  • Managing client accounts and resident directory accounts effectively by editing and uploading spreadsheets.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new communities within our platform.
  • Creating custom help videos to guide clients through our features and functionalities.
  • Assisting in implementing in-app guides on various system features to enhance user experience.
  • Delivering engaging and informative training sessions via video conferencing to new clients.
  • Maintaining a commitment to excellent service by resolving support tickets in a timely manner.


The ideal candidate should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the tech industry. Adaptability to the ever-changing landscape of a startup environment is also essential. A comfortable home work environment conducive to remote collaboration is necessary.
