">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Client Success Specialist to lead new client implementation from initial assessment to go-live and follow-up training. This key position will be responsible for being a client liaison for product configuration and customization to satisfy unique workflow requirements.
">The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product value proposition and unique advantages within and outside the organization. They will also be responsible for gathering feedback and ideas for ongoing product improvement, participating in product development backlog prioritization, and preserving and enhancing the company's reputation/image in the market place.
">Key Responsibilities

- Lead new client implementation from initial assessment to go-live and follow-up training.">
- Be a client liaison for product configuration and customization to satisfy unique workflow requirements.">
- Gather feedback and ideas for ongoing product improvement.">
- Participate in product development backlog prioritization.">
- Preserve and enhance the company's reputation/image in the market place.">
- Communicate product value proposition and unique advantages within and outside the organization.">
- Prepare and maintain lead/client documentation to ensure professional presentation (e.g., quote forms) and effective account management.">
- Provide initial and follow-up training for all categories of product users.">
- Help Sales, Support, and other departments in maintaining consistent levels of service and quality.">
- Be an integral part of the Support team, handling difficult and ambiguous questions, finding answers or arranging for solutions.">
- Perform follow-up calls and clinic visits to collect feedback and ensure user satisfaction.">
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in software applications such as CRM systems and project management tools is an asset.
