Administrative Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Liaison to join our team at TNT Property Management. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our establishment, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative activities, including co-ordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and conflict resolution.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
