About the Role:
- Evaluate CPA students' practical experience reports against established criteria, ensuring compliance and offering constructive feedback.
- Facilitate impactful advisement sessions to guide students toward their professional goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to ensure a mutually beneficial training experience for students and organizations.
- Collaborate with employer organizations to establish and set up pre-approved CPA student training programs.
- Monitor and enhance pre-approved CPA student training programs to maintain rigorous standards and ensure continual compliance.
Your Qualifications:
- An experienced CPA leader with over 3 years of impactful experience in both public accounting and corporate environments.
- Well-versed in practical experience standards and adept at utilizing PERT to ensure accurate documentation.
- A dynamic communicator and relationship builder with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Digitally fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, leveraging these tools to streamline operations and enhance project outcomes.
- Extremely organized and efficient, demonstrating a proven ability to plan, multitask, and execute projects with demanding timelines.
