Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our revenue management workstream, you will play a critical role in optimizing our trade spend activities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to complete promotional post evaluations and ensure accurate trade spend accruals.
  • Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting on volume tracking, trade spend, and seasonal in-flight tracking.
  • Monitor revenue realization of cost price increases and work with customer teams to ensure accurate trade spend accruals.
  • Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan.
  • Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines and regularly review promotional spend.

Requirements

  • Commercial and financial acumen, with a strong understanding of P&L management.
  • Experience in sales and/or finance, with a minimum of 5+ years in the CPG or retail industry.
  • Customer experience across several distinct channels, with a strong understanding of customer dynamics.
  • Planning and forecasting experience, with a focus on IBP process.
  • Managerial experience is preferred, but not required.
