Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead revenue-generating initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Develop and execute a repeatable Account-Based Marketing strategy, driving engagement and conversion
* Own all marketing channels, refining product messaging for outbound and inbound efforts
* Build and optimize undeveloped marketing channels, including social, website, webinar, and inbound marketing
* Hire and train a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
Requirements
* 2-4+ years of software or technology sales experience, with a proven track record of success
* Experience in managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CXO levels, with a focus on commercial and mid-market companies
* Digital marketing experience, including social, SEO, content creation, and inbound and outbound channel development
* Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to measuring and improving sales and marketing results
* Previous sales methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references
