About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Revenue Growth Specialist (Remote) to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Management Team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across 2-3 hotels in the Americas. Your expertise in business analytics and tactical strategy will help you interpret complex data into actionable insights, enabling you to make informed decisions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create annual budget and monthly forecasts for rooms occupancy, ADR, and revenue
  2. Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and drive total revenue growth
  3. Lead optimal pricing strategy and analysis, leveraging market trends and competitor activity
  4. Collaborate with operations teams to implement new initiatives and measure results
  5. Drive business analytics and opportunities across rooms, F&B, spa, catering, and other areas
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Revenue Management, Hotel/Lodging Management, or Business Administration
  • 5 years of experience working in revenue management and/or hotel operations
  • Multiple hotel revenue management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to condense complex data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and visually display data to various audiences
Location

This is a remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere. However, regular engagement with colleagues and stakeholders is essential for success in this position.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
