As a Sales Revenue Growth Specialist with Paladin Technologies, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales revenue growth, leveraging your expertise in integrated security solutions, networking, and audio visual technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex systems integration projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Progressive sales experience in technical sales environments, preferably in integrated security, networking, and audio visual industries.
  • Experience selling complex integrated solutions, including access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and low-voltage electronics.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze business needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or engineering.
