Job Summary

As the Director of Sales and Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for leading the sales department and driving revenue growth for the hotel. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the sales team, revenue management, and other departments to achieve hotel sales objectives and booking goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve hotel sales objectives
• Lead the sales team to achieve booking goals and revenue targets
• Collaborate with revenue management and other departments to optimize room rates and occupancy
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
