Overview

ParaMed Home Health Care is a leading provider of home healthcare services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients across the country. We are seeking an experienced Nursing Leadership professional to join our team as a Care and Service Manager.

Job Description

As a Care and Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of clinical supervisors and front-line staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Mentoring and coaching clinical supervisors on their roles and responsibilities
  • Monitoring care delivery performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Participating in interviewing, orientation, supervision, and performance management of clinical supervisors
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registration/licensing in good standing as a Registered Nurse with provincial regulatory college
  • Minimum 3 years in a formal nursing leadership role required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a practicing Registered Nurse, in a community setting
