Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to lead our Hydrogeology Group in London, Ontario. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hydrogeology, leadership experience, and a passion for environmental engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Hydrogeology Group and assume increasing management responsibilities
  • Supervise, mentor, and train hydrogeology staff
  • Perform project management and coordination duties to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Review and prepare technical reports and permits
  • Coordinate and manage field work and data analysis
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of hydrogeological consulting experience with at least 5 years in Ontario
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in Ontario
  • Graduate degree in hydrogeology or related field preferred
  • Leadership experience and ability to supervise and mentor staff
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical programs such as Aquifer Test and Hydro GeoAnalyst
