Clinical Supervisor

About the Role:
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and supporting nurses in the community, ensuring that their practices comply with legislated standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nurses to ensure compliance with standards and policies
- Respond to concerns from community staff, patients, and team members
- Provide ongoing leadership through regular meetings and one-on-ones
- Initiate patient safety incident investigations and document findings
- Work collaboratively with nursing team members to support clinical documentation and submission requirements
- Engage patients in problem-solving and provide health teaching and support
- Engage staff in problem-solving and provide education and coaching
Requirements:
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing Registered Nurse
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills
- Proven experience leading and managing a team
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
