About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Officer to join our Healthcare Division at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents
- Monitor patient safety and document incidents as required
Requirements
- Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Physical ability to perform duties, including walking and standing for extended periods
