Job Title: Director - Channels

About the Role:

The Director - Channels will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive channel marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's long-term strategic objectives. This includes growing the firm's profile through effective communication, managing firm communications, and overseeing the events team that plans, organizes, and delivers large-scale client events, webinars, conferences, and receptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a multi-year communications strategy that differentiates the firm.
  • Manage firm communications by establishing and maintaining an effective editorial calendar.
  • Lead the events team that plans, organizes, and delivers large-scale client events, webinars, conferences, and receptions.
  • Ensure all client-facing events meet the firm's standards, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Manage negotiations, review contracts, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and agencies.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance; ensuring all events stay within financial parameters.
  • Establish performance metrics, analyze data on attendee engagement, satisfaction, and ROI, overseeing detailed reports on event outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a creative, brand, and digital team.
  • Provide creative direction on all digital campaigns, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the creation of digital marketing assets, including videos, graphics, and interactive media.
  • Spearhead projects that expand the digital footprint, conceptualize, and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns that engage target audiences.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of digital campaigns and initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure synergy between creative content and technical performance for optimal digital experiences.
  • Lead efforts to explore new technologies for enhancing brand engagement and customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge of channel marketing strategies.
  • A minimum of + years of experience in business-to-business marketing, communications, and/or business development, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Experience with applied knowledge of market positioning, campaign development and execution, client engagement, marketing technology, and digital marketing.
  • Experience participating in substantial projects with large teams, either from project inception to implementation or involving significant performance demonstrating collaboration, critical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude with true understanding of the agility needed to capitalize on the changing market conditions.
  • Strong track record of providing effective counsel to executive leadership and generating buy-in and trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to understand how to deliver integrated messages to a wide variety of audiences with varying levels of knowledge about the firm.
  • Bilingual would be considered a strong asset.
