About the Role

The Director of Channels will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's long-term strategic objectives. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances the firm's brand reputation.
  • Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals to plan, execute, and measure campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, communications, and events, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and managing budgets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Bilingualism or multilingualism is an asset.
