At Metro Shuttle Services, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings.
  • Manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt communication.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations to facilitate business trips.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide excellent customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Excel to analyze data and create reports.
  • Proficient in MS Word to create documents and presentations.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
