Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CPA Solutions LLP. This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary of $50,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff as needed. They will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills and be able to perform various administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Requirements
