Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Support Executive to provide administrative assistance and organizational coordination to a Vice President within RBCx.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in executive administration or relevant experience, providing support to senior-level management. They will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and travel arrangements, as well as monitoring an inbox to manage meeting proposals and action items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the key contact for the executive they will be supporting
  • Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the Executive
  • Monitor an inbox to help manage meeting proposals and action items, and address and delegate inquiries
  • Schedule meetings, video and in-person meetings (book meeting location and equipment resources)
  • Organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and supporting materials
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting agendas as required
  • Follow up on any agenda items, minutes, or deliverables, including coordination with facilitators and presenters
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in executive administration or relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills, comfortable dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
