Job Description

At Garbo Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will provide strategic support to our President/CEO, driving key projects and ensuring alignment between organizational goals and the CEO's agenda.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support:
    • Manage the President/CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
    • Attend meetings, take notes, track upcoming deadlines, events, and agenda items requiring action.
    • Analyze data and summarize key insights into business presentations.
    • Provide seamless communication and serve as a liaison between the President/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and coordinate key projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution.
    • Develop administrative frameworks and workflows to support project success.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
  • Process Development:
    • Create efficient processes and administrative systems to enhance productivity in the President/CEO's office.
    • Propose and implement improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Communication:
    • Draft, edit, and review correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the President.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to align communication with organizational priorities.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Event Coordination and Preparation:
    • Organize materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
    • Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all logistical details are handled professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive assistant or similar role, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Exceptional professionalism under pressure, with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
