This role involves managing administrative functions, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining the HubSpot CRM system. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic projects that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain the team's inbox, ensuring prompt responses and prioritization of tasks.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
CRM Management:
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate reports and insights to support business operations.
  • Manage automated processes and workflows within the CRM.
Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Disseminate important updates and information to relevant parties.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the group.
