Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify vendor invoices for payment
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases
  • Reconcile statements and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or finance
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
