Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices for payment
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases
- Reconcile statements and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or finance
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
