Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
