Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
