Our Finance Team is growing, and we have an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Client Finance Assistant in Toronto, Ontario. The estimated salary for this role is CAD $45,000.

Job Description:

  • Create and close client jobs
  • Create purchase orders
  • Coordinate client expensing
  • Generate client invoicing
  • Track and enter freelance time
  • Track employee timesheets
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in a related Business and/or Finance discipline
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills required
  • Highly developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely in written and oral communications
