We are seeking an experienced Administrative Finance Coordinator to support our financial activities.

About the Job
  • Proactively support a wide range of administrative duties and processes, ensuring effective compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, government accounting, and compliance issues.
  • Support the implementation of consolidated, simplified, and standardized financial reporting processes.
  • Provide administrative support for key business processes, including annual operating plans, strategic plans, financial forecasts, and weekly pulses.
  • Work with DSI leaders to coordinate compliance activities with business needs.
  • Support the transition and implementation planning effort of ERP software.
  • Manage multiple priority activities concurrently, requiring extensive coordination with managers, time zones, and follow-through.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Advanced proficiency in various software programs, including MS Project.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively anticipate requirements.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
