Our Finance Team is growing, and we have an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist - Client Finance. This role in Toronto, Ontario comes with a salary of CAD $45,000.

As a Business Operations Specialist - Client Finance, you'll be integral to the success of where Finance, Business Partnerships, and our Clients meet. You'll connect the details of projects, processes, and systems to the big picture of the business.

You can expect to be immersed in building foundational knowledge and skills within the Client Finance and Finance Operations disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the finance and business side of a creative agency.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Create and close client jobs
  • Create purchase orders
  • Coordinate client expensing
  • Generate client invoicing
  • Track and enter freelance time
  • Track employee timesheets
  • Other tasks and duties as required
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external teams

We value employees with 6 months to 1 year of experience (co-op placements count). A diploma or degree in a related Business and/or Finance discipline is also essential. Strong Excel skills, organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail are required. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and express oneself clearly and concisely in written and oral communications are highly valued.

We are currently following a hybrid work model and share our time between our Toronto office located downtown at King & Parliament, and our home offices. Employees need to be within accessible and commutable distance to the office.
