Client Finance and Operations Coordinator

As a Client Finance Assistant at Forsman & Bodenfors, you'll be integral to the success of where Finance, Business Partnerships, and our Clients meet. We will rely on you to connect the details of projects, processes, and systems to the big picture of the business.
You can expect to be immersed in building foundational knowledge and skills within the Client Finance and Finance Operations disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the finance and business side of a creative agency.
The salary for this role in Toronto, Ontario is CAD $45,000. You can expect to be responsible for creating and closing client jobs, coordinating purchase orders, generating client invoicing, tracking freelance time, and performing other tasks as required.
We're looking for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field, strong Excel skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, highly developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
