Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Diamond Financial Services. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records, reports, and data.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
