We are seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join our team at Buffalo Airways Ltd. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to emails.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as required.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on office operations and financial transactions.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
