Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Government of Northwest Territories is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative services and support to the Regional Superintendent and divisional staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides administrative and support services to the Regional Superintendent and divisional staff.
Provides general reception for the region.
Provides reception and first-level counseling to members of the public.
Oversees and maintains supplies, resources, and publications inventories, and equipment.

Requirements:

Diploma in Office or Business Administration;
Three years of directly related administrative experience in a demanding office environment, including one year of coordination experience.
