- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner

- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Oversee the preparation of reports and documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with payroll administration and ensure accurate processing
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
