Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative support specialist to join our team at Diamond Financial Services. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our employees and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for employees and clients
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner
  • Respond to electronic enquiries from clients and colleagues
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and documents
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Assist with payroll administration and ensure accurate processing
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with office procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Benefits
