Drive Sales Growth with Lightspeed

Lightspeed is seeking a seasoned Sales Development Team Lead to spearhead our Outbound Sales efforts in North America. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our local Outbound teams to generate and qualify leads for the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive team performance
  • Provide coaching and training to ensure team members meet their objectives
  • Analyze pipeline metrics to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies
  • Drive performance to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a solution-sales/technology-related environment
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
  • 2+ years of experience coaching/leading a team
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and quota-driven environment
