Sales Development Team Lead

Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Development Team Lead to drive our local Outbound teams and generate leads for the sales department. As the go-to person for the team, you will help them exceed their objectives through continuous training and coaching.

The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment. They will also have a strong understanding of sales development best practices, excellent customer service and telephone skills, and the ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities include analyzing, reporting, and taking action on pipeline metrics, developing outbound initiatives to maximize team performance, and working with the marketing and sales team on developing new strategies to grow our sales pipeline.
