Sales Business Development Representative

A leading global sales organization is seeking a skilled Sales Business Development Representative to drive new business growth in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with prospective clients in the SMB and Mid-Market B2B sectors.
With recent expansion across North America, this is a critical hire to support the company's aggressive growth trajectory. You will be part of a growing sales team that values flexibility, collaboration, and leadership support. We are seeking individuals who can hit the ground running and are eager to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMB and Mid-Market B2B sectors.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive sales growth.
- Closing Deals: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and close deals that meet their requirements.
- Impact and Growth: This is a largely untapped market, giving ambitious individuals the chance to play a pivotal role as we reshape the industry, and earn uncapped commission– Top Reps are making over $300K.

- Base Salary: $95K-145K CAD, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and performance.
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): Yr 1: $120K-170K+ (UNCAPPED). Yr 2: $140K-190K+. Yr 3: $155K-205K+.

- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven hunter mentality, strong sales success, and a strategic business development approach.
- BA/BS strongly preferred.
